Category II 3 G,D, protection Ex nA IIA T4 Gc X, Ex Tc IIIB T135C Dc X or Ex Tc IIIC T135C Dc X (IP65)\nFilter: Incorporated 600 μm (0,02 in) metal mesh filter to protect valve disc and seals as well as downstream components.\nGauge ports: provided with G1/4 pressure gauge ports on both sides to connect manometers, pressure switches, leak tester or other gas equipment.\nPosition indication: G1/8 connection (Included) to fit CPI mechanical closed position switch PCS912.\n\nThe EVRM-NC912 12\" valve is a manual reset safety valve that is failsafe closed. To open the valve from its closed position, the coil must be energised and then pull the knob for the first step, wait for pressure compensation, and then pull the knob completely up to full open position to allow for dual-shutter pressure compensation system. Once opened, the valve can maintain this open position whilst electric current is applied to the coil. In absence of electric current the valve closes rapidly (under 1 second) and remains shut until the reset proceedure is reapplied. Once the causes for the lock have been eliminated, valve must be opened manually as described above.\n\nAll components are designed to withstand any mechanical, chemical and thermal condition occuring during typical service. Effective impregnation and surface treatments have been used to improve mechanical reliability , sealing and corrosion resistance.\n\nValves are 100% tested by computer test machines and are fully warrented.
