The EVRM-NC-1A 1/2 valve is a manual reset safety valve that is failsafe closed. To open the valve from its closed position, the coil must be energised and the knob pulled to the fully open position. Once opened, the valve can maintain this open position whilst electric current is applied to the coil. In absence of electric current the valve closes rapidly (under 1 second) and remains shut until the reset procedure is reapplied. Once the causes for the lock have been eliminated, valve must be opened manually as described above.

All components are designed to withstand any mechanical, chemical and thermal condition occurring during typical service. Effective impregnation and surface treatments have been used to improve mechanical reliability , sealing and corrosion resistance.

Valves are 100% tested by computer test machines and are fully warranted.
