I couldn't find a place on your site to make my feeling public, so I thought a note would suffice. I recently ordered a couple of solenoid valves to replace a pair of old ones that have given up the ghost, my order went in over the weekend so I wasn't expecting much in the way of 'express delivery', however, imagine my surprise to have them delivered first thing Tuesday morning (very well packed too), fitted them Tuesday afternoon and hey presto, shower now back to it's old self and no dripping overflow (the seals had finally cracked up in the old valves, they were almost 8 years old, so no complaints) Thank you for your efforts, I am one happy customer.
