1/4" High Pressure Brass Solenoid Valve Manifold – ADF8000


The CS Fluid Power ADF8000 is a high-pressure 1/4" BSP 2/2 way normally closed direct acting solenoid valve manifold system, designed for industrial air, water, gas, vacuum and compatible fluid control applications.

Available with operating pressures from 0 bar up to 150 bar, the ADF8000 combines compact direct acting solenoid valves with a common brass manifold, allowing multiple independently controlled valves to be assembled into a single compact installation.

A choice of 1.2mm to 5.0mm orifices and WPG1, WPG2 or high-power WPA3C coils allows the valve to be configured for the required balance between pressure capability and flow.

Direct acting operation allows the ADF8000 to switch without requiring a minimum pressure differential, making it suitable for systems operating from zero pressure through to high-pressure applications.

Pressure, Orifice & Flow Options

Maximum operating pressure depends on the selected orifice size, coil type and AC or DC supply. All versions operate from 0 bar differential pressure.
1.2mm Orifice – Kv 1.0 L/min

Smaller orifices provide greater maximum pressure capability, while the larger orifices provide increased flow at lower maximum pressures.
For the full 150 bar rating, select the 1.2mm orifice with WPA3C coil on AC supply.

The ATEX version uses the same pressure range as the WPG1 12W coil, rather than the maximum WPA3C pressure ratings.

Manifold Assembly

The ADF8000 is designed for building compact multi-station high-pressure solenoid valve manifolds.
Multiple independently controlled valves share the common brass manifold, reducing individual pipework and providing a neat centralised fluid control assembly.
The manifold is supplied fully assembled with mounting brackets, according to the number of valve stations ordered.
