2 Way Motorised Ball Valves

3 way motorised ball valves for diverting, mixing or distributing flow in automated process systems. Available in T-port and L-port designs with brass, stainless steel or UPVC bodies and electric or pneumatic ISO 5211 actuators.

3 Way Motorised Ball Valves

Failsafe ball valves (auto return actuation) are designed to automatically open or close on loss of power supply, ensuring safe system shutdown.

Available in fail-safe closed (power to open) and fail-safe open (power to close) configurations, these valves are ideal for water, air and process control applications where safety is critical.

Options include electric 9-24vAC/DC and 110-240vAC auto return actuators, with brass, stainless steel and UPVC valve bodies. WRAS approved models are available for potable water systems.

Failsafe Motor Ball Valves

Modulating control ball valves for proportional regulation of liquids, gases and air. Controlled using industry standard 4–20mA, 0–10V or 0–5V signals, these electric actuated valves provide accurate flow control for HVAC, dosing and industrial automation systems.

Good for hot water, acid, alkali, oils, hydrocarbons and salt solutions, many aggressive chemicals, diluted acids, weak alkali's, mineral oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, sunlight and ozone. -26°C to +205°C. Poor resistance to Ketone's and Acetone.

FFKM (Kalrez)0

FF-KM Perfluoroelastomer - known as Kalrez, Chemraz or Perlast. Good most Solvents, Chemicals + excellent resistance to almost every thing, far surpassing FKM. -40°C to +250°C.

NBR0

NBR (Nitrile Buna Rubber) known as Nitrile Butadine, Buna-N, Hycar, Chemigum, Butakon, Breaon, Butacril, Paracil, Nipol, Perbunan, Krynac or Europrene-N. Good for Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Petroleum, Fuels, Mineral Oil, Vegetable and Hydraulic Oil, Alcohol and many Acids. -35°C to +100°C. Poor for Ozone, Acetone, Methyl ethyl Ketone, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Ethers and Esters.
