Solenoid Valve Coil 36mm Class H 31400
The 31400 Class H solenoid valve coil is a high-power industrial coil with a compact 36mm wide body, 13.2mm internal bore and standard DIN EN 175301-803 Form A electrical connection.
Designed for continuous-duty industrial applications requiring increased magnetic force, the 31400 features Class H 180°C insulation, providing a higher thermal insulation rating than comparable Class F coils.
Available in a wide range of AC and DC voltages, the 31400 is suitable for replacement, maintenance and OEM applications on compatible direct-acting, assisted-lift and pilot-operated solenoid valves.

Compatibility
The 31400 uses a common 36mm body / 13.2mm bore industrial solenoid coil format and is suitable for compatible solenoid valves requiring these dimensions and electrical characteristics.
It is dimensionally comparable with other compatible 36mm industrial solenoid valve coils
When replacing an existing coil, always check the 13.2mm bore, physical dimensions, voltage, AC/DC supply and electrical power requirements before installation.
Class H Temperature Advantage
The 31400 uses Class H winding insulation rated to 180°C, compared with the Class F 155°C insulation commonly used on equivalent coils.
The higher insulation class provides an additional 25°C of winding insulation thermal capability, providing increased thermal tolerance for demanding industrial and continuous-duty applications.
This is particularly beneficial with higher-power solenoid coils, where winding temperature and heat dissipation are important considerations during continuous operation.
The 180°C Class H rating refers to the electrical insulation system of the coil and does not mean that the complete solenoid valve is suitable for 180°C ambient or media temperatures.
Maximum ambient and fluid temperatures depend upon the complete valve construction, seals, armature assembly and installation conditions.

Important Replacement Information
Solenoid coils of similar dimensions are not necessarily electrically interchangeable.
Before replacing an existing FG Line C4, ACL Type 5 or other equivalent-format coil, confirm the required voltage, AC/DC supply, frequency, power rating, internal bore and physical dimensions.
Never energise a solenoid coil unless it is correctly installed onto a suitable solenoid valve armature tube.
