High Flow Pulse Jet Dust Collector Valve
The PXL25 is a 2/2 way normally closed aluminium diaphragm valve designed for rapid pulse control of compressed air in dust collection and filter cleaning systems.
Its servo-operated diaphragm design provides a large 27mm orifice and high flow capacity, allowing a short, powerful pulse of compressed air to clean filter bags and cartridges in industrial dust extraction equipment.

The nylon-reinforced NBR diaphragm provides the strength required for rapid repetitive pulsing in dust collector applications.

Air Pilot Version
The corresponding PXLA25 version uses a separate 1/4 BSP air pilot connection, allowing the main diaphragm valve to be controlled by a remotely mounted pilot solenoid or pneumatic controller.
Both versions use the same 1" main ports, 27mm orifice and Kv 18.5 flow capacity.
Typical Applications
Designed for pulse-jet dust collectors, baghouse filter cleaning, cartridge filter cleaning, industrial dust extraction systems, silo filtration, powder handling equipment and other compressed-air cleaning systems requiring rapid high-flow air pulses.
Clearance – Replaced by PI / PU Series
The PXL25 / PXLA25 dust collector valve series has been discontinued and replaced by the newer
PI / PU Series dust collector valves.
For new installations, replacement projects and ongoing availability, select the current PI / PU Series.
