1¼" Normally Open Chemical Solenoid Valve PTFE, PVC or PP – 160B32
The 160B32 is a high-flow chemically resistant 2/2 way normally open solenoid valve designed for controlling acids, alkalis, water and other aggressive industrial fluids where a fail-open valve function is required.
Available with PVC, polypropylene (PP) or PTFE valve bodies, the 160B32 provides a versatile solution for chemical processing, water treatment, dosing and corrosive fluid applications. The pressure-assisted diaphragm design incorporates a PTFE isolating bellows, creating a dry-armature arrangement that isolates the solenoid mechanism from the process media.
The valve remains open without electrical power and closes when energised. With a large 32mm orifice, Kv 23.2 m³/h and a 0.3–6 Bar operating pressure range, the 160B32 provides substantial flow capacity for larger chemical handling systems.
