1/8" High Pressure Brass Solenoid Valve Manifold – ADF6000


The CS Fluid Power ADF6000 is a high-pressure 1/8" BSP 2/2 way normally closed direct acting solenoid valve manifold system, designed for industrial air, water, gas, vacuum and compatible fluid control applications.

Available with operating pressures from 0 bar up to 150 bar, the ADF6000 combines compact direct acting valves with a common brass manifold, allowing multiple independently controlled valves to be assembled into a single installation.

A choice of 1.2mm to 5.0mm orifices and WPG1, WPG2 or high-power WPA3C solenoid coils allows the valve to be configured for the required balance between pressure capability and flow.

Direct acting operation means the valve does not require a minimum pressure differential to switch, making it suitable for applications starting from zero pressure.

Selecting the Correct Version

Smaller orifices provide the highest pressure capability, while larger orifices provide greater flow at lower maximum pressures.
For the full 150 Bar pressure rating, select the 1.2mm orifice with WPA3C coil on AC voltage.

Manifold Assembly

The ADF6000 can be configured as a multi-station high-pressure solenoid valve manifold, reducing individual pipe connections and providing a compact centralised control assembly.
Supplied fully assembled with manifold and mounting brackets according to the number of stations ordered.
