316 Stainless Steel Zero-Rated Vacuum Solenoid Valve – Full Vacuum to 10 Bar
The CS Fluid Power ADS-40-V-G2-V is a high-performance 1½" 316 stainless steel vacuum solenoid valve designed for reliable control and isolation of industrial vacuum and compatible gas systems.
Using a 2/2 way normally closed, zero-rated assisted-lift design, the valve operates from high vacuum at -101 kPa (99.67% vacuum) through zero differential pressure and into positive pressure.
Featuring a large 40 mm orifice with Cv 26, the ADS-40-V combines high flow capacity with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel construction, making it ideal for larger industrial vacuum, semiconductor, packaging and automation systems.
Valve Function & Operation
Function: 2/2 way normally closed
Operation: Assisted lift, zero rated
The ADS-40-V remains closed when electrical power is removed. Energising the solenoid operator opens the valve and allows flow through the large 40 mm internal orifice.
The zero-rated assisted-lift design enables operation without the minimum pressure differential normally required by conventional pilot-operated solenoid valves.
This provides reliable operation from high vacuum through zero differential pressure and into positive-pressure applications.

The ADS-40-V-G2-V combines a large 40 mm orifice and Cv 26 with zero-rated assisted-lift operation and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel construction.
Its ability to operate from -101 kPa high vacuum through zero differential pressure and into positive pressure makes it particularly suitable for larger industrial vacuum systems where conventional pressure-assisted solenoid valves cannot operate reliably.
The stainless steel construction also makes the ADS-40-V an excellent alternative to the equivalent brass valve for demanding environments and compatible process media.
