The CS Fluid Power ADS15PF is a heavy-duty DN15 316 stainless steel flanged solenoid valve designed for reliable automatic control of air, water, vacuum, gases and other compatible industrial fluids.
Using a 2/2 way normally closed, zero-rated assisted-lift design, the valve operates from 0 Bar differential pressure, making it suitable for applications where conventional pilot-operated solenoid valves requiring a minimum pressure differential cannot be used.
Featuring a 15 mm orifice with 64.4 L/min water flow at 1 Bar pressure drop, the ADS15PF combines high flow capacity with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel CF8M construction and PN16 flanges as standard.
Valve Function & Operation
Function: 2/2 way normally closed
Operation: Assisted lift, zero rated
The ADS15PF remains closed when electrical power is removed. Energising the solenoid operator opens the valve and allows flow through the 15 mm internal orifice.
The zero-rated assisted-lift design allows the valve to operate without a minimum pressure differential, providing reliable switching from 0 Bar through to its maximum rated pressure.

Maximum media temperature depends upon the selected seal material.

VST: up to +150°C
Ambient temperature: -20°C to +60°C
The ADSF Series has a maximum media temperature capability of +150°C when correctly configured.
Shading Ring Options
A copper shading ring is used for standard AC operation.
For reverse osmosis, demineralised or pure-water applications, an optional silver shading ring is available to eliminate copper from the wetted shading-ring component.

Zero-Rated Stainless Steel Flow Control
The ADS15PF combines 316 stainless steel construction, PN16 flanged connections and zero-rated assisted-lift operation in a compact DN15 industrial solenoid valve.
Unlike conventional pilot-operated valves requiring a minimum pressure differential, the ADS15PF operates from 0 Bar, making it suitable for low-pressure systems and installations where differential pressure can fall close to zero.
The combination of alternative seal materials, silver shading-ring option and degreasing also allows the valve to be configured for more specialised process applications.
