DN10–DN50 Flanged Stainless Steel Normally Open Solenoid Valve – Shako SPU225ANF

The Shako SPU225ANF Series is a 2/2 way normally open pressure-assisted flanged solenoid valve manufactured from 316 stainless steel for reliable control of air, water, oils, gases and compatible industrial fluids.

Available from DN10 to DN50 with PN16 welded 316 stainless steel flanges, the SPU225ANF Series provides high flow capacity with orifices from 13mm to 50mm and Kv flow factors from 40 to 580 L/min.

A wide choice of sealing materials, WRAS-approved EPDM option, oxygen-degreased preparation and ATEX/IECEx hazardous-area configurations make the series suitable for water treatment, RO and pure water systems, chemical processing and demanding industrial applications.

Optional without shading ring for DC operation, or AC supply using a DC coil with a rectified DIN connector.

For RO water, demineralised water, pure water and AdBlue applications, the no-shading-ring configuration is available to remove the copper shading ring from the wetted valve assembly.

For example, where 230V AC supply is required, a suitable DC coil can be used together with a DIN2R-ALL rectified connector to provide DC coil operation.

WRAS Approved Option

This combines the corrosion resistance of the 316 stainless steel body and flanges with an approved EPDM sealing configuration for drinking-water and potable-water systems.

Oxygen Service Option

The SPU225ANF Series can be supplied specially degreased with oil and grease contamination removed for oxygen and clean-gas applications.
