120 Bar High Pressure Stainless Solenoid Valve – SASHHH
The CS Fluid Power SASHHH Series is a heavy-duty 2/2 way normally closed high-pressure stainless steel solenoid valve designed for demanding air, water, steam, light oil and compatible industrial fluid applications.
Manufactured with a 316 stainless steel valve body, stainless steel internals and PTFE seals, the SASHHH provides pressure-assisted shut-off control at pressures up to an impressive 120 Bar. Available in 3/8" and 1/2" BSP sizes, both versions are rated to 120 Bar for air and water and up to 12 Bar for steam.
The servo-assisted piston design requires a minimum 0.5 Bar differential pressure. Both sizes incorporate a large 15mm orifice providing 64.4 L/min water flow, giving substantially greater flow capacity than many conventional direct-acting valves designed for comparable pressures.

The SASHHH is pressure assisted and requires at least 0.5 Bar differential pressure for correct operation.

The SASHHH extends the CS Fluid Power SAS stainless steel range to 120 Bar working pressure for air and water while retaining a relatively large 15mm internal orifice.
This combination is particularly useful where a conventional small-orifice direct-acting high-pressure solenoid valve would restrict flow. Both the 3/8" SAS14HHH and 1/2" SAS15HHH provide 64.4 L/min water flow while maintaining the full 120 Bar pressure capability.
For applications requiring larger ports or greater flow, the 80 Bar SASHH and 40 Bar SASH ranges provide additional size and flow options.
