Stainless Steel Solenoid Valves – Corrosion-Resistant Solutions for Demanding Applications
At Solenoid Valve World, we offer a premium range of stainless steel solenoid valves engineered for high performance in harsh, corrosive, or hygienic environments. Whether you’re working with aggressive chemicals, high-pressure systems, or food-grade processes, our stainless solenoid valves deliver unmatched durability and reliability.
Why Choose a Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve?
Stainless steel solenoid valves are ideal for applications where brass or plastic valves may fail due to corrosion, contamination, or mechanical wear. Made from 316 or 304 grade stainless steel, our valves provide:
Exceptional corrosion resistance
Clean, non-reactive surfaces – suitable for food, pharma, and medical use
Durability in outdoor or aggressive industrial environments
Our Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve Range Includes:
2/2 Normally Closed, Normally Open and Latching Valves
3/2 Way Normally Closed, Open and Universal Valves
5/2 + 5/3 way mono stable and bi-stable valves
Wide Voltage Options – including 12V DC, 24V DC, 110V AC, and 230V AC
Seal Materials – including EPDM, FKM (Viton), HNBR and PTFE for compatibility with water, air, steam, oil, acids, and alkalis
Threaded & Flanged Connections – BSP, NPT, or DIN standards available
High-Temperature and High-Pressure Models – for tough process conditions
Ideal Applications for Stainless Solenoid Valves
Our stainless valves are widely used across:
Chemical processing and dosing systems
Food and beverage production
Pharmaceutical and biotech industries
Water treatment plants
Marine and offshore systems
Steam and high-temperature fluid control

Terminology
2/2 Normally Closed Zero Rated = valve stays closed requires power to open, operates from vacuum up to maximum design pressure of valve.
2/2 Normally Closed Pressure Assisted = valve stays closed requires power to open uses the pressure difference to Open & Close, requires minimum 0.5 Bar (7psi) higher inlet pressure than outlet.
2/2 Normally Open Zero Rated = valve stays open requires power to close, operates from vacuum up to maximum design pressure of valve.
2/2 Normally Open Pressure Assisted = valve stays open requires power to close uses the pressure difference to Open & Close, requires minimum 0.5 Bar (7psi) higher inlet pressure than outlet.
2/2 Latching / bi-stable valves = short power pulse stays open - reverse polarity power pulse stays closed.
