The CS Fluid Power AD-35-V-G2-V is a high-performance 1¼" brass vacuum solenoid valve designed for reliable control and isolation of industrial vacuum and compatible gas systems.
Using a 2/2 way normally closed, zero-rated assisted-lift design, the valve operates from high vacuum at -101 kPa (99.67% vacuum) through zero differential pressure and into positive pressure.
Featuring a large 35 mm orifice with Cv 26, the AD-35-V provides high flow capacity for larger industrial vacuum systems, packaging machinery, automation equipment and process applications requiring dependable vacuum isolation.
Valve Function & Operation
Function: 2/2 way normally closed
Operation: Assisted lift, zero rated
The valve remains closed when electrical power is removed. Energising the solenoid operator opens the valve and allows flow through the large 35 mm internal orifice.
The zero-rated assisted-lift construction allows the valve to operate without the minimum pressure differential normally required by conventional pilot-operated solenoid valves.
This enables reliable operation from high vacuum through zero differential pressure and into positive-pressure applications.

When fitted with the ATEX / IECEx operator, the valve operating pressure is restricted to 0–3 Bar, while retaining its vacuum capability.
