PTFE Solenoid Valve for Acid & Alkali – PE220 / PE220N

High-performance chemical-resistant solenoid valve designed for strong acids, alkalis, and aggressive corrosive fluids in industrial processes.

→ Function: 2/2 way, Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO)
→ Operation: Assisted lift with isolating diaphragm
→ Port Sizes: 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 BSP, optional NPT thread
→ Pressure: 0 to 3 Bar (tested 4.5 Bar)
→ Orifice: 5.0 mm
→ Body Material: PTFE
→ Outer Parts: 316 Stainless Steel
→ Seals: PTFE encapsulated NBR
→ Media: Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Sulphuric Acid (H₂SO₄), Bromine, strong acids, alkalis, and other aggressive fluids under 50 CST. Not suitable for vacuum or suction applications.
→ Media Temperature: -10°C to +90°C Max
→ Ambient Temperature: -10°C to +60°C Max

→ Model PE220T (0.1–1 Bar) has been replaced by PE220H for higher pressure applications.
