ISO 5599/1 Pneumatic Valve Manifold Sub-Base – ISO 1, 2 & 3
Industrial ISO 5599/1 pneumatic valve manifold sub-base designed for mounting standardised ISO pneumatic solenoid and air-pilot valves.
The ISO 5599/1 mounting standard defines the valve mounting interface, port positions and fixing arrangement, allowing compatible ISO valves from different manufacturers to be mounted onto a standardised sub-base or manifold system.
Available for ISO 1, ISO 2 and ISO 3 valve sizes, with BSP connections from 1/4" to 1/2".
ISO 5599/1 Standardised Mounting
ISO 5599/1 provides a standardised pneumatic valve mounting interface widely used throughout industrial automation.
Rather than using a manufacturer-specific valve mounting pattern, compatible ISO valves use standardised mounting dimensions and port arrangements.
This provides greater flexibility when replacing valves, maintaining machinery or selecting alternative compatible manufacturers.

Modular Manifold System
The manifold system allows multiple compatible ISO directional control valves to be installed together, providing a compact central pneumatic control assembly.

Compatible ISO 5599/1 pneumatic solenoid valves are sold separately and can be selected from the related products for the required valve function, voltage and ISO mounting size.
Single and double-solenoid configurations are available within compatible ISO valve ranges.
