Male Stud Push-In Pneumatic Fitting M5–1/2" BSPT – GPC
The Connexion GPC Series is a male stud push-in pneumatic fitting designed for fast, secure and leak-free connection of metric nylon and polyurethane air tubing to threaded pneumatic equipment.
Available with M5 and 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" BSPT male threads and push-in tube connections from 4mm to 12mm, the GPC range provides a compact and reliable connection for compressed air, vacuum, pneumatic control and industrial automation systems.
The one-touch push-to-connect design allows tubing to be installed simply by pushing it fully into the fitting. Stainless steel locking claws securely retain the tube, while the release sleeve allows rapid disconnection without dismantling the fitting or damaging the tube.

The GPC provides a straight connection between metric pneumatic tubing and a female threaded port.
The male threaded end screws directly into pneumatic valves, cylinders, manifolds, FRL equipment and other threaded components, while the opposite end accepts pneumatic tubing using a quick push-in connection.
No separate compression nut or tube olive is required.

The tapered BSPT thread provides a secure threaded connection and is supplied pre-treated with PTFE thread seal, simplifying installation and helping provide a reliable pneumatic seal.

For reliable sealing and tube retention, pneumatic tubing should be cut squarely and pushed fully into the fitting until correctly seated.

The nickel-plated brass body provides good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while the stainless steel gripping claws securely retain the pneumatic tube under pressure.

Vacuum capability: Down to -100 kPa / -29.5 inHg
This allows the same GPC fitting range to be used for both positive-pressure compressed air systems and industrial vacuum applications.

-20°C to +70°C
Actual system temperature capability should also take account of the pneumatic tube material and the medium being used.
One-Touch Tube Connection
Installation is straightforward:
Push the correctly sized pneumatic tube firmly into the fitting until fully seated.
The internal stainless steel locking claws grip the outside of the tube while the NBR sealing ring provides the pneumatic seal.
To remove the tube, depress the POM release sleeve and withdraw the tube.
This allows pneumatic circuits to be assembled, modified and maintained quickly without specialist tools.
