Solenoid Valve Plunger for SAP & SAPS High Pressure Valves
Replacement solenoid plunger assembly for CS Fluid Power SAP brass and SAPS stainless steel high-pressure solenoid valves.
Designed for servicing the internal operating mechanism of compatible 2/2 way normally closed SAP and SAPS pressure-assisted solenoid valves.
The replacement plunger incorporates the PTFE valve sealing tip and is supplied with the operating spring, providing a replacement for worn or damaged internal components without replacing the complete solenoid valve.

Application
The plunger forms part of the internal electromagnetic operating mechanism of the solenoid valve.
When the coil is energised, the plunger moves within the armature tube to operate the valve pilot mechanism. The PTFE sealing tip provides the internal shut-off seal required for correct valve operation.
Replacement may be required where the original plunger or sealing surface has become worn, damaged or contaminated.
