3/8 inch WRAS latching / bi-stable plastic water solenoid valve – RPE R Mini 4115BB
A WRAS approved latching (bi-stable) water solenoid valve designed for ultra-low power potable water control. The RPE R Mini 4115BB uses short pulse actuation to remain open or closed without continuous power, making it ideal for battery-powered, solar and energy-efficient water systems.

Operating principle
A short low-power pulse (approximately 15 ms) energises the internal magnet to open the valve and hold it open without continuous power.
A short reverse-polarity pulse (approximately 15 ms) cancels the magnetic field, closing the valve.
This process is repeated for each open and close cycle, significantly reducing overall power consumption.
