Description
1/2 BSP PTFE Chemical Solenoid Valve – PH15
PTFE Solenoid Valve for Corrosive Fluids
The PH15 is a 2/2 way normally closed PTFE solenoid valve designed for controlling aggressive and corrosive chemicals that are compatible with PTFE.
Featuring a PTFE valve body and PTFE-faced diaphragm, the PH15 isolates the controlled media from vulnerable metallic components, making it suitable for strong acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemical liquids and gases.
The dry armature / diaphragm design is particularly suited to applications where conventional brass or stainless steel solenoid valves may not provide sufficient chemical resistance.
Direct Acting Diaphragm Operation
Function: 2/2 way normally closed
Operation: Direct acting diaphragm
Port: 1/2 BSP
Minimum Pressure: 0 Bar
Maximum Gas Pressure: 1.5 Bar
Maximum Liquid Pressure: 3 Bar
The valve operates from zero differential pressure, making it suitable for gravity-fed, low-pressure and other applications where sufficient pressure differential for a conventional servo-assisted valve may not be available.
PTFE Chemical-Resistant Construction
Body: PTFE
Diaphragm: Rubber diaphragm with PTFE facing
Wetted Sealing Surface: PTFE
Port & Flow
Port Size: 1/2 BSP
