The CNXPROMOT12200 DN12 proportional control valve provides precise motorised flow control for demanding industrial applications operating from vacuum (-1 bar) up to 200 bar.
Featuring a DN12 flow path, 1/2" port and Kv 30 L/min flow capacity, the valve accepts standard 4-20mA or 0-10V proportional control signals, making it suitable for integration with PLCs, process controllers and industrial automation systems.
The valve is available in normally closed or normally open configurations and incorporates an integrated position detector for accurate valve position monitoring.
With a maximum media temperature of +180°C, PTFE sealing and compatibility with air, grease, fuel, hydrogen and nitrogen, the CNXPROMOT12200 provides a versatile proportional control solution for high-pressure and specialist fluid control systems.

Proportional Flow Control
Unlike a conventional ON/OFF valve, the CNXPROMOT12200 provides proportional positioning, allowing the valve opening to be controlled according to an external analogue signal.
Control input options include:
✓ 4-20mA
✓ 0-10V
This allows the valve to regulate flow according to the signal supplied by a PLC, process controller or other compatible control system.
The integrated position detector provides valve position monitoring for automated process control applications.

Normally Closed or Normally Open

Optional Failsafe Function
An optional failsafe actuator function is available.
In the event of electrical power failure, the failsafe system returns the valve to its initial position, providing a defined valve state when electrical power is lost.
Please note that the specified ambient temperature range with the failsafe option is -10°C to +40°C.
