The SVOM-20 Super Strong Solenoid Valve Operating Magnet is a professional maintenance, commissioning and emergency override tool designed for the manual operation of larger solenoid valves and high-pressure process valves without electrical power.

How the Solenoid Valve Operating Magnet Works
The SVOM-20 temporarily replaces the solenoid coil, allowing maintenance personnel to manually operate the valve without connecting an electrical supply.
Simply:
Isolate electrical power.
Remove the solenoid coil.
Place the operating magnet fully over the valve stem.
The armature moves into the energised position.
Refit the coil when normal operation is required.
This provides a simple and effective method of testing valve function, commissioning new installations and maintaining operation during coil failures.
