PU300 / PU320 Manifold Assembly Kit – O-Ring, Bolts & Fixings
The PU300 / PU320 Manifold Mounting Kit allows individual Shako PU300 and PU320 miniature 3/2 way solenoid valves to be connected together to form a compact multi-station pneumatic valve manifold.
The kit provides the seals and mechanical fixings required to join adjacent valve bodies, allowing normally closed PU320 and normally open PU300 valves to be combined within the same manifold assembly.
Ideal for industrial automation, OEM machinery and compact pneumatic control systems where multiple 3/2 way solenoid valves need to operate from a common compressed-air supply.

Designed for:

✓ Shako PU300 3/2 Normally Open
✓ 1/8" BSP Valve Versions
✓ 1/4" BSP Valve Versions
The PU300 and PU320 are direct-acting miniature 3/2 valves rated for operation up to 8 Bar.
Kit Contents
Each manifold mounting kit contains:
✓ 1 × NBR O-Ring
✓ 2 × Assembly Screws
✓ 2 × Nuts
✓ 2 × Double-Ended Manifold Bolts
✓ Assembly Washers
Everything required to connect one additional PU300 or PU320 valve body to the preceding valve is supplied in the kit.
How Many Kits Do I Need?
One mounting kit is required for each additional solenoid valve after the first valve.
For example:
2 valves → 1 mounting kit
3 valves → 2 mounting kits
4 valves → 3 mounting kits
5 valves → 4 mounting kits
10 valves → 9 mounting kits
A maximum manifold assembly of 10 solenoid valves is recommended.
Common Inlet Manifold Assembly
Connecting the valve bodies together creates a compact manifold with a common compressed-air inlet, significantly reducing external pipework and fittings compared with individually installed valves.
PU300 normally open and PU320 normally closed valves can be incorporated into the same assembly, providing considerable flexibility when building pneumatic control systems.
Recommendation for Larger Manifolds
For manifold assemblies containing more than five valve stations, we recommend connecting the compressed-air supply to both ends of the manifold.
Feeding the manifold from both ends helps maximise available inlet airflow and reduces pressure drop when several valves operate simultaneously.
