The Z-Tide Industrial BFL-S Series is a premium flanged pilot-assisted pressure relief valve designed to automatically protect water and compatible fluid systems against excessive pressure. Manufactured in either 304 or 316 stainless steel, the BFL-S Series combines excellent corrosion resistance with precise pressure relief control, remaining fully closed during normal operation before rapidly opening when the preset maximum pressure is reached. Once system pressure returns to the selected setting, the valve closes progressively to minimise hydraulic shock and pressure surges. Available from DN50 to DN500 with PN16 flanges and optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K drilling, these valves are ideally suited to industrial process systems, chemical processing, food production, water treatment and corrosive fluid applications.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 304 or 316 stainless steel with precision-machined stainless steel internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial BFL-S Series has been engineered for demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance, reliability and precise pressure protection are essential. Its pilot-assisted pressure relief controller continuously monitors inlet pressure and automatically opens the main valve whenever the preset maximum pressure is exceeded, protecting pumps, pipelines and critical process equipment from over-pressure conditions. The patented cylindrical piston design provides exceptionally high flow capacity while the externally mounted stainless steel pressure gauge allows simple commissioning, adjustment and routine monitoring. The removable pilot controller simplifies maintenance by allowing servicing without removing the main valve body from the pipeline, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Simply select the required body material (304 or 316 stainless steel), flange size, pressure relief adjustment range, seal material and flange standard before adding the valve to your basket. Alternative pressure ranges, flange standards, seal materials and custom sizes up to DN1400 (56") are available on request.
