24 Hour Programmable WRAS Motorised Ball Valve with Clock Timer – CABVM


The CABVM® is a WRAS approved motorised stainless steel ball valve with an integrated 24-hour programmable clock timer, providing fully automatic scheduled water control without the need for external timers or PLCs.

Designed for potable water systems, irrigation, water treatment and building services, the controller allows up to 9 independent ON/OFF programmes (18 switching events per day), enabling precise automatic opening and closing at user-defined times.

The integrated digital controller features a simple programming interface, manual override, countdown display and configurable power-failure position, making the CABVM ideal for unattended operation in commercial, industrial and domestic water systems.

24 Hour Clock Timer

The integrated digital controller allows the valve to operate automatically according to programmed daily schedules.
Programming includes:

Valve OPEN times
Valve CLOSE times
Power-failure position
The controller supports 1 to 9 independent ON/OFF schedules, allowing up to 18 programmable switching events within each 24-hour period.

Power Failure Protection

The CABVM incorporates reserve capacitor technology.
During a power failure the valve automatically returns to its configured fail-safe position before remaining safely in that state.
The internal clock maintains the programmed time for up to 48 hours without mains power.
The reserve capacitors require approximately 1 minute of applied power to fully recharge following operation.

Manual Operation

The valve can be operated manually at any time for commissioning, testing or maintenance.
Manual mode allows temporary valve operation without altering the stored timer programme.

Error Diagnostics

Built-in diagnostics assist with troubleshooting by displaying fault codes.
Typical fault indications include:

Factory reset can be performed directly from the controller when required.
