The Z-Tide Industrial RLT Series is a precision direct-acting pressure relief valve designed to protect industrial water, compressed air and process systems from excessive pressure. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and diaphragm design, the RLT Series provides fast, accurate pressure limiting while maintaining reliable long-term operation. The valve remains closed during normal operation and automatically opens when the preset pressure is reached, safely relieving excess pressure before gently resealing as system pressure returns below the set value. Available with threaded BSPT connections from ½" to 2", the RLT Series is ideally suited to industrial process systems, compressed air installations, water treatment plants and general over-pressure protection.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RLT Series has been engineered for dependable over-pressure protection in demanding industrial environments. The balanced piston and diaphragm design provide rapid, accurate pressure relief when the preset limit is reached, while the UH-ring sealing system enhances sealing performance, minimises leakage and delivers excellent long-term durability. The supplied stainless steel pressure gauge continuously displays inlet pressure, and the protected adjustment mechanism on larger valve sizes provides secure pressure setting for industrial installations. Alternative pressure adjustment ranges are available for specialist applications.
Ordering information
Simply select the required port size, pressure relief setting and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, FKM (Viton®) or EPDM seals and alternative pressure adjustment ranges are available on request.
