High Flow Pneumatic Lubricator for Industrial Compressed Air Systems
The Shako UL06 and UL08 Series Air Line Lubricators are high-flow pneumatic lubricators designed to provide continuous oil mist lubrication for downstream valves, cylinders, actuators and air tools operating in demanding industrial compressed air systems.
Available with 3/4" and 1" BSP ports, the UL Series delivers consistent lubrication together with exceptional flow capacity, making it ideal for manufacturing plants, production machinery, compressed air distribution systems and heavy-duty pneumatic applications.
Designed for continuous industrial service, the UL06 and UL08 combine robust construction with over 50 years of pneumatic engineering expertise.
Lubrication System
The UL Series produces a finely atomised oil mist which is carried throughout the compressed air system, providing continuous lubrication to downstream pneumatic equipment.
The oil reservoir can be replenished without shutting off the compressed air supply, reducing maintenance downtime while maintaining continuous operation.
The adjustable oil feed allows lubrication to be accurately matched to the application.
