Description

316 Stainless Steel High Flow Air Lubricator – Shako USL06 & USL08

The Shako USL06 and USL08 are high-flow 316 stainless steel compressed air lubricators designed to provide controlled oil-mist lubrication for pneumatic equipment operating in demanding industrial, corrosive and hazardous environments.

Available with 3/4" and 1" ports, the USL06 and USL08 combine full SUS316 stainless steel construction with exceptionally high compressed-air flow capacity.

The stainless construction provides excellent corrosion and chemical resistance for process plants, offshore installations, food and beverage machinery and other demanding pneumatic applications.

The adjustable oil-mist system introduces a controlled quantity of lubricant into the compressed-air supply, helping reduce friction and wear in downstream pneumatic valves, cylinders, air motors and other equipment requiring continuous lubrication.

The USL introduces a controlled oil mist into the compressed-air stream to provide continuous lubrication for downstream pneumatic components.

The oil supply can be adjusted according to the lubrication requirements of the pneumatic equipment.

Maximum inlet pressure: 12 kgf/cm²

Approximately: 11.8 Bar / 171 psi

Proof pressure: 40 kgf/cm²

Approximately: 39 Bar / 569 psi

High Flow Performance

The USL06 and USL08 are specifically designed for substantially higher flow rates than the smaller USL models.

Maximum flow (ANR):

USL06 3/4" → 13,200 L/min

USL08 1" → 26,400 L/min

This very high flow capacity makes these models particularly suitable for larger pneumatic systems where conventional small-bore lubricators could create an unnecessary flow restriction.

The full stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion and makes the USL suitable for harsh industrial environments where conventional aluminium air preparation equipment may be unsuitable.

Oil Mist Lubrication

The USL provides adjustable oil-spray mist lubrication for downstream pneumatic machinery.

Recommended lubricant: ISO VG32 lubricating oil

Correct lubrication can help reduce friction and component wear in equipment such as:

Pneumatic cylinders

Directional control valves

Air motors

Pneumatic actuators

Air tools

Other lubricated pneumatic equipment

The manufacturer specifically recommends ISO VG32 lubricator oil.

Temperature Range

Ambient temperature: -10°C to +70°C

This provides a broad operating range for industrial compressed-air installations.

ATEX Hazardous Area Approval

The USL Series is suitable for hazardous-area compressed-air applications with the following ATEX markings:
