RSG Type 440A02 Brass Diaphragm Check Valve – 0.2 to 10 Bar
The RSG Type 440A02 brass diaphragm check valve is a pressure-assisted non-return valve designed to prevent reverse flow in air, water, gases and compatible fluid systems.
Unlike a conventional spring-loaded check valve, the Type 440 uses a diaphragm-operated closing mechanism and requires approximately 0.5 Bar differential pressure for operation. The valve is normally closed and opens automatically when sufficient inlet pressure is applied, closing again to prevent reverse flow when the pressure differential falls.
Available from 1/2″ to 2″ BSP, with optional NPT connections, the RSG 440A02 provides a robust solution for industrial pipework, process systems, pneumatic installations and general fluid control applications.
