ATEX Ex ia NAMUR Solenoid Valve – Rotex 51450V02IS-6
The Rotex 51450V02IS-6 is an ATEX and IECEx Ex ia intrinsically safe NAMUR solenoid valve designed for direct mounting onto pneumatic rotary actuators in hazardous-area process and valve automation applications.
The valve can be configured for 3/2 or 5/2 way monostable operation, allowing one NAMUR valve platform to control either single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators. Internal pilot operation provides reliable switching across a 2 to 8 Bar working pressure range.
Featuring a hard-anodised aluminium body, 6mm orifice and 12 L/min water flow, the 51450V02IS-6 combines compact NAMUR mounting with certified Ex ia intrinsic safety and IP67 environmental protection.

Function: 3/2 or 5/2 way monostable
Operation: Internally piloted
The Rotex 51450V02IS-6 is designed for direct NAMUR mounting, reducing external pipework between the control valve and pneumatic actuator.
In 3/2 configuration, it can be used for control of single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators.
In 5/2 configuration, it can be used for directional control of double-acting pneumatic actuators.
The monostable design uses a single solenoid and automatically returns to its normal position when the electrical signal is removed.
