Description
3/8"–2" Stainless Steel Latching Solenoid Valve Vacuum to 3.5 Bar – CS Fluid Power LADS14–50 Series
A range of high-flow, direct-acting latching (bi-stable) 2/2 way 316 stainless steel solenoid valves designed for fluid, gas and vacuum control applications. The LADS14–50 Series combines corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction with ultra-low power latching technology, requiring power only during switching.
Ideal for water treatment, RO systems, demineralised water, slightly aggressive media, battery-powered equipment, remote installations and process automation applications.

How Latching Operation Works
The LADS14–50 Series requires only a brief electrical pulse to change valve position.
A pulse with the correct polarity energises the internal magnetic actuator and opens the valve.
Once open, the valve remains open without consuming electrical power.
A reverse polarity pulse de-energises the internal magnet, causing the valve to close and remain closed without power.
To reopen the valve, simply reverse the polarity back to the original configuration and apply another pulse.
This latching technology dramatically reduces power consumption and heat generation compared with conventional continuously energised solenoid valves.
