Description
1/4" Stainless Pressure Gauge 53mm Bottom Entry 0-10 Bar
This compact 53mm stainless steel pressure gauge provides clear visual pressure indication for pressure reducing valves, regulators, compressed air equipment, water systems and general industrial process applications.
Featuring a 1/4" BSPT bottom-entry connection and glycerine-filled dial, the gauge is particularly useful on equipment subject to vibration or pressure pulsation, where the liquid filling helps stabilise pointer movement and provides a clearer, easier-to-read pressure indication.
The dual-scale dial provides readings from 0–10 kg/cm² and 0–150 PSI, making this a practical general-purpose pressure gauge for industrial machinery, pneumatic systems, water equipment and pressure-control installations.
Pressure Gauge Function
The gauge provides a simple mechanical visual indication of system pressure without requiring an electrical supply, transmitter or external display.
Pressure is displayed simultaneously using two scales:
0–10 kg/cm²
0–150 PSI
The clear analogue dial allows operators and maintenance engineers to quickly check system pressure during normal operation, adjustment, commissioning or fault finding.
Connection & Installation
Connection: 1/4" BSPT
Entry position: Bottom entry
Gauge diameter: 53mm
The bottom-entry connection makes the gauge particularly suitable for mounting directly onto pressure reducing valves, pressure regulators, manifolds and process equipment.
Stainless Steel Construction
The pressure gauge features a stainless steel outer case, providing a robust finish suitable for general industrial environments.
The stainless construction also provides a clean professional appearance when fitted to stainless steel pressure reducing valves, regulators and other industrial pressure-control equipment.
Glycerine Filled Gauge
The 53mm dial is glycerine filled.
Liquid filling helps dampen pointer movement caused by machinery vibration and pressure pulsation, producing a steadier and easier-to-read pressure indication.
This makes glycerine-filled gauges particularly useful on compressors, pumps, pressure reducing valves, pneumatic equipment and other installations where operating conditions can cause the pointer of a conventional dry gauge to fluctuate.
Pressure Range
Dual pressure scale:
0–10 kg/cm²
0–150 PSI
The dual-scale display allows pressure to be read using either measurement system without requiring conversion.
This general-purpose pressure range is particularly useful for industrial pneumatic and water systems operating within typical plant pressure ranges.

Ideal for Pressure Reducing Valves
This compact gauge is particularly well suited for use with pressure reducing valves and pressure regulators.
Installing a pressure gauge downstream of a pressure reducing valve provides immediate visual confirmation of the regulated outlet pressure and makes adjustment considerably easier.
It also allows operators to quickly identify unexpected pressure changes or confirm that the regulator is maintaining the required downstream pressure.
Compact 53mm Design
With a dial diameter of approximately 53mm, the gauge provides a useful balance between readability and compact installation size.
This makes it suitable for smaller pressure reducing valves, regulators, machinery and OEM equipment where a larger industrial pressure gauge may take up unnecessary space.
Why Choose a Glycerine Filled Gauge?
A glycerine-filled pressure gauge provides several practical advantages over a basic dry gauge in industrial applications.
The liquid filling helps reduce pointer movement caused by vibration and pressure fluctuations, providing a steadier visual reading.
It can therefore be particularly useful on compressors, pumps, pressure reducing valves, pneumatic machinery and other equipment subject to vibration or pulsating pressure.
