The Z-Tide Industrial RFF Series is a heavy-duty direct-acting pressure sustaining valve designed to maintain a constant upstream (back) pressure in industrial process, water and compressed air systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and diaphragm design, the RFF Series delivers accurate and stable back pressure regulation despite changing flow demand and inlet pressure fluctuations. Available with flanged connections from DN15 to DN150, the RFF Series is ideally suited to water treatment plants, chemical processing, compressed air installations and industrial applications requiring dependable upstream pressure control.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RFF Series has been engineered for reliable long-term upstream pressure regulation in demanding industrial environments. The balanced piston and diaphragm design automatically maintain a stable back pressure despite changing downstream demand, while the UH-ring sealing system provides excellent sealing performance, rapid response and outstanding durability. Heavy-duty flanged construction, corrosion-resistant materials and factory pressure testing ensure dependable operation throughout the valve's service life. Optional Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, higher pressure adjustment ranges and alternative flange standards are available for specialist applications.

Simply select the required flange size, back pressure adjustment range and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional ANSI 150 lb, JIS10K or PN25 flanges, Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, FKM (Viton®) or EPDM seals and alternative pressure adjustment ranges are available on request.
