1/4" WRAS Approved Motorised Stainless Steel Ball Valve – ABVM02S

The ABVM02S is a WRAS approved motorised stainless steel ball valve designed for potable water systems, water treatment equipment, leak detection systems and process control applications. Combining a WRAS approved stainless steel valve with a compact low-power electric actuator, the ABVM02S provides reliable automatic shut-off and long service life where drinking water compliance and dependable operation are essential.

Available with power open/close or failsafe return actuators, the ABVM02S is ideal for domestic, commercial and industrial water control systems requiring WRAS certification and automatic valve operation.

WRAS Approved for Potable Water

The ABVM02S forms part of the Connexion Developments ABVM WRAS approved motorised valve range, certified for use with wholesome drinking water installations under WRAS Approval Certificate 251015016.

Ideal for leak prevention and automatic water shut-off systems.

Failsafe Open

Power ON → Valve Closes

Power OFF → Valve Automatically Opens using stored reserve power.

Suitable for applications requiring uninterrupted water flow during power failure.

Failsafe actuators require approximately 1 minute of continuous power after operation to fully recharge the reserve energy capacitors.

Power Open / Power Close

Three-wire actuator control.

Power applied to the control wire opens the valve.

Power removed closes the valve.

Allows manual valve operation during maintenance or power failure.
