WRAS Approved SHAKO Brass Water Solenoid Valve for Potable Water

The SHAKO PU225D-14 is a 1½" WRAS approved brass solenoid valve designed for potable water, priority demand and high-flow water control applications.

This 2/2 way normally closed, pressure-assisted diaphragm valve features an anti-water-hammer design with approximately 2.5-second opening and closing time to help reduce hydraulic shock. The large 38mm orifice provides a high Kv flow factor of 367 L/min, making it particularly suitable for larger commercial and industrial water systems.

Suitable for potable water, water treatment, OEM equipment, sprinkler and priority demand applications where a minimum 0.5 Bar pressure differential is available.
