1/4 Inch Motorised Stainless Steel Ball Valve Mini Series – ABVM02SV
The ABVM02SV is a compact 1/4 inch motorised stainless steel ball valve designed for reliable automatic control of oils, fuels, gases, compressed air and compatible industrial fluids. Combining fast operation, extremely low power consumption and configurable Failsafe Return or Power Open/Close operation, it provides an ideal solution where space, reliability and long service life are essential.
Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a PTFE and FKM (Viton®) sealing system, the valve offers excellent chemical resistance together with reliable bubble-tight shut-off. The compact IP67 actuator is continuously rated for 100% duty operation, making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor industrial applications.

The actuator incorporates durable metal gears within an ABS engineering polymer housing and is factory tested through 200 open/close cycles before dispatch.
Control Options
Failsafe Closed
Power ON opens the valve.
Power OFF automatically returns the valve to the closed position using the actuator's internal reserve power system.
Failsafe Open
Power ON closes the valve.
Power OFF automatically returns the valve to the open position using stored reserve power.
Power Open / Power Close
Simple electrically controlled operation using two power wires and one control wire.
Ideal for PLC, BMS and industrial automation systems where automatic return is not required.

Performance
The ABVM actuator is engineered for exceptionally low energy consumption. Once the valve reaches its fully open or fully closed position, power to the motor is automatically removed, significantly reducing heat generation and extending actuator life.
Failsafe models utilise high-capacity reserve capacitors to automatically return the valve to its start position following power failure. Approximately 30 seconds of applied power is required to fully recharge the reserve capacitors before the next failsafe operation.
