Description
Solenoid Valve Coil 29.5mm Class H 11630
The 11630 Class H solenoid valve coil is a compact industrial coil with a 12.5mm internal bore and standard DIN EN 175301-803 Form A electrical connection.
Designed for continuous-duty industrial applications, the 11630 provides a higher Class H 180°C insulation rating, offering improved thermal capability compared with equivalent Class F coils.
The compact 29.5mm wide design is commonly used on direct-acting and pilot-operated solenoid valves for air, water, oil, vacuum and other compatible fluids, subject to the specification of the valve onto which the coil is fitted.
Available in a wide range of AC and DC voltages for replacement, maintenance and OEM applications.

Compatibility
The 11630 coil uses the common 29.5mm body / 12.5mm bore format and is suitable for compatible solenoid valves requiring these dimensions and electrical characteristics.
It is dimensionally comparable with many other brands
When replacing an existing coil, always check the internal bore, physical dimensions, voltage, frequency and power rating before installation.
Class H Temperature Advantage
Unlike comparable Class F coils rated to 155°C, the 11630 uses Class H insulation rated to 180°C.
The higher insulation class provides increased thermal tolerance within the coil winding system, making it particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications, elevated ambient conditions and applications where the solenoid valve may operate continuously.
Class H does not mean that the complete solenoid valve can operate at 180°C. Maximum ambient and media temperatures remain dependent upon the complete valve construction, seals, armature assembly and installation conditions.

Important Replacement Information
Solenoid coils that appear physically similar are not necessarily electrically interchangeable.
Before replacing an existing FG Line C3, ACL Type 2, ERA SIB 11630 or other equivalent-format coil, confirm the required voltage, AC/DC supply, frequency, power rating and coil bore.
Never energise a solenoid coil unless it is correctly installed onto a suitable solenoid valve armature tube.
