Dust Collector Pulse Jet Valve with Solenoid Pilot – Sunwell PI & PU Series
The Sunwell PI and PU Series pulse jet valves are high-performance aluminium diaphragm valves specifically designed for reverse pulse cleaning of industrial dust collector and baghouse filter systems. Their extremely fast opening characteristics deliver a powerful pulse of compressed air, providing effective filter bag cleaning while minimising compressed air consumption.
The PI Series is supplied with BSP or optional NPT threaded ports from 3/4 inch to 3 inch, while the PU Series is available with 25 mm and 40 mm compression connections for direct installation onto dust collector pipework. A reinforced nylon diaphragm provides exceptional flexibility and long service life under high cycle operation.
Each valve is pilot operated by a fast-response 6.8 Watt solenoid and operates from a compressed air pilot pressure of 0.5 to 7 Bar. Optional ATEX coils are available for hazardous dust environments, making the PI and PU Series suitable for demanding industrial dust extraction and filtration systems.
