4" Irrigation Solenoid Valve with PRV – PN22532APRV
The PN22532APRV is a heavy-duty 4" normally closed irrigation solenoid valve with integrated pressure reducing valve (PRV), designed for high-flow agricultural, irrigation and water-control systems.
Combining automatic electrical shut-off with adjustable downstream pressure regulation, the valve allows the outlet pressure to be set between 0.8 and 6.5 Bar, helping maintain a stable water pressure despite variations in the incoming supply.
A large 100mm orifice and Kv flow factor of 2672 L/min provide excellent flow capacity for large irrigation mains, while the glass-filled PA66 body offers excellent corrosion and UV resistance for demanding outdoor installations.

The pressure-assisted diaphragm design requires a minimum 0.8 Bar pressure differential for correct operation.
When the solenoid is energised, the valve opens and allows water to flow while the integrated PRV regulates the downstream pressure.
When electrical power is removed, the valve automatically closes.

Integrated Pressure Reducing Valve
The integrated PRV allows the downstream water pressure to be adjusted between: 0.8 and 6.5 Bar
Once set, the regulator helps maintain a stable outlet pressure, making the PN22532APRV particularly useful where sprinkler heads, irrigation equipment or downstream pipework require controlled water pressure.
This combines automatic shut-off and pressure regulation in a single valve assembly, reducing the need for a separate downstream pressure regulator.

An external bleed screw with removable metering pin provides convenient access to the pilot system.
The metering pin can be removed for cleaning without completely dismantling the valve, simplifying routine maintenance where irrigation water contains sediment or contamination.
