Flanged Ductile Iron Solenoid Valve – Z-Tide Industrial BFE-D Series


The Z-Tide Industrial BFE-D Series is a premium flanged 2/2 way normally closed ductile iron solenoid valve designed for reliable control of water and compatible non-corrosive fluids in large bore pipelines. Featuring an externally piloted pressure-assisted piston design with patented anti-water hammer technology, the BFE-D Series delivers exceptionally high flow rates while reducing hydraulic shock during opening and closing. Available from DN50 to DN1000 with PN16 flanges and optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K drilling, these valves are ideal for water treatment, irrigation, pumping stations, industrial process systems and municipal infrastructure.

Manufacturing quality

Manufactured using a heavy-duty epoxy-coated ductile iron body with bronze piston, bronze seating components and stainless steel internal parts, the Z-Tide Industrial BFE-D Series has been engineered for reliable long-term operation in demanding industrial environments. Its patented cylindrical piston design and externally piloted control system provide exceptionally high flow capacity while significantly reducing water hammer during valve operation. The removable external pilot assembly simplifies maintenance without disturbing the main valve body, making the BFE-D Series an excellent solution for large pipeline installations where reliability, ease of servicing and long service life are essential.
