4" Water Irrigation Solenoid Valve – PN22532A
The PN22532A is a heavy-duty 4" normally closed water irrigation solenoid valve designed for high-flow agricultural, sprinkler, landscaping and large water distribution systems.
Featuring a large 100mm orifice with Kv 2672 L/min, the pressure-assisted diaphragm design provides very high water flow through large pipework while operating from 0.65 to 10 Bar differential pressure.
The glass-filled PA66 body is corrosion and UV resistant for demanding outdoor installations, while stainless steel internals and NBR seals provide reliable long-term water service.

Minimum Pressure Differential: 0.65 Bar

When electrically energised, the pilot system operates the main diaphragm to open the valve. When power is removed, the valve returns to its normally closed position.
The pressure-assisted design requires a minimum 0.65 Bar pressure differential for correct operation.

The PN22532A incorporates an anti-water-hammer design to help minimise hydraulic shock when stopping the high water flows associated with large irrigation pipework.
This can help protect downstream pipework, fittings, sprinkler equipment and other irrigation components from sudden pressure surges.
External Bleed & Easy Cleaning
The valve incorporates an external bleed screw with a removable metering pin.
The metering pin can be removed for cleaning without completely dismantling the valve, simplifying routine maintenance where irrigation water may contain sediment or contamination.
