Flanged Pilot-Assisted Pressure Reducing Valve – Z-Tide Industrial BFR Series
The Z-Tide Industrial BFR Series is a premium flanged pilot-assisted pressure reducing valve designed to automatically reduce and maintain a stable downstream pressure in high-flow water and compatible fluid systems. Featuring an externally piloted control system with a heavy-duty epoxy-coated ductile iron body, the BFR Series delivers precise outlet pressure regulation regardless of fluctuations in upstream pressure or downstream demand. Available from DN50 to DN500 with PN16 flanges and optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K drilling, these valves are ideally suited to water distribution, industrial process systems, cooling water and municipal infrastructure.

Manufactured using a heavy-duty epoxy-coated ductile iron body with bronze piston and precision-machined bronze and stainless steel internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial BFR Series has been engineered for reliable long-term operation in demanding industrial environments. Its pilot-assisted pressure reducing controller continuously monitors downstream pressure and automatically adjusts the main valve to maintain the selected outlet pressure, regardless of variations in inlet pressure or system demand. The patented cylindrical piston design provides exceptionally high flow capacity while the external pressure gauge allows quick visual confirmation of the regulated outlet pressure, simplifying commissioning and routine maintenance.
