High Flow Compressed Air Filtration for Industrial Pneumatic Systems
The Shako UCF Series Pneumatic Air Filter is a high-capacity compressed air filter designed to remove water, condensate and solid contaminants from industrial pneumatic systems, helping protect downstream regulators, valves, cylinders and other air-operated equipment.
Available with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSP ports, the UCF Series provides high flow performance with low pressure loss, making it ideal for machine builders, automation systems and general compressed air preparation.
The standard 5 μm polyethylene filter element efficiently removes moisture and particulate contamination, while optional 40 μm polyethylene and 5 μm or 40 μm sintered bronze elements allow the filter to be configured for different operating environments.
Heavy Duty Construction
Manufactured with a durable die-cast aluminium body, the UCF Series is supplied with a transparent polycarbonate bowl as standard for easy visual inspection of collected condensate.
Alternative bowl options include acid & alkali resistant and aluminium bowls for more demanding industrial applications.
The standard semi-automatic drain automatically releases condensate when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar, with manual and fully automatic drain options available.
