High Pressure Compressed Air Filtration for Hygienic & Corrosive Environments
The Shako USF Series High Flow 316 Stainless Steel Compressed Air Filter is designed to remove water, condensate and particulate contamination from compressed air systems operating in corrosive, hygienic and high-pressure environments.
Available with 3/4" and 1" BSP ports, the USF Series combines exceptional flow capacity with full 316 stainless steel construction, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical plants, offshore installations and other demanding industrial applications.
The standard 5 micron stainless steel filter element efficiently removes particulate contamination from compressed air, while an optional 40 micron stainless steel element is available for applications requiring coarser filtration.
Heavy Duty 316 Stainless Steel Construction
Manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel, including the body, bowl and filter element, the USF Series provides outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life in aggressive industrial environments.
Standard Viton (FKM) seals provide excellent chemical compatibility and durability across a wide range of industrial applications.
The semi-automatic drain automatically discharges condensate when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar. Optional manual and fully automatic drain versions are available, with the automatic drain suitable for operating pressures up to 10 Bar. An optional bowl viewer is also available for systems operating up to 40 Bar.
