The Z-Tide Industrial RFLF Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure sustaining valve designed to maintain a constant upstream (back) pressure in low-pressure industrial and process systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RFLF Series provides exceptionally sensitive back pressure regulation while maintaining stable upstream pressure despite changing flow conditions. Available with PN16 flanges from DN15 to DN50, with optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K flanges, these valves are ideally suited to reverse osmosis systems, water treatment plants, laboratory installations and other industrial applications requiring accurate low-pressure control.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RFLF Series has been engineered for industrial applications requiring exceptionally accurate low-pressure sustaining control. Precision UH-ring sealing enhances regulation accuracy, minimises leakage and provides excellent long-term durability, while the supplied 316 stainless steel pressure gauge allows continuous monitoring of sustained pressure. Heavy-duty flanged construction, corrosion-resistant materials and factory pressure testing ensure dependable long-term performance. Optional Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, alternative seal materials and custom pressure ranges are available for specialist applications.
