The Z-Tide Industrial RFLT Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure sustaining valve designed to maintain a constant upstream (back) pressure in low-pressure industrial and process systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RFLT Series provides exceptionally sensitive back pressure regulation while maintaining stable upstream pressure despite fluctuating flow conditions. Available with threaded BSPT connections from ½" to 2", with optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, these valves are ideally suited to reverse osmosis systems, laboratory installations, compressed air systems and sensitive process applications requiring accurate low-pressure control.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RFLT Series has been engineered for industrial applications requiring exceptionally accurate low-pressure sustaining control. Precision UH-ring sealing enhances regulation accuracy, reduces leakage and provides excellent long-term durability, while the supplied 316 stainless steel pressure gauge allows continuous monitoring of sustained pressure. Optional Duplex stainless steel construction, alternative seal materials and custom pressure ranges are available for specialist applications.

Simply select the required port size, back pressure adjustment range and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, FKM or EPDM seals, alternative pressure ranges and flanged RFLF versions are available on request.
