The Z-Tide Industrial RELT Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure reducing valve designed to provide highly accurate downstream pressure control in low-pressure industrial, water treatment and process applications. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RELT Series maintains exceptionally stable outlet pressure even when inlet pressure fluctuates. Available in threaded BSPT sizes from ½" to 2", with optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, these valves are ideal for RO systems, laboratory installations, chemical processing and sensitive low-pressure fluid control.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RELT Series has been engineered for applications requiring highly accurate low-pressure regulation and long-term reliability. The balanced piston and large diaphragm design provide exceptional sensitivity while maintaining a stable downstream pressure despite normal inlet pressure fluctuations. Precision UH-ring sealing enhances accuracy, minimises leakage and provides excellent durability, while the supplied stainless steel pressure gauge allows simple commissioning and continuous monitoring of outlet pressure. A special micro-pressure version with adjustment down to approximately 0.02 Bar is also available for ultra-low pressure applications.
Ordering information
Simply select the required port size, outlet pressure range and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, Duplex stainless steel construction, FKM or EPDM seals, higher pressure adjustment ranges and a special micro-pressure version are available on request.
