Solenoid Valve Repeat Cycle Timer – DIN43650A Form A
The SVT22 is an adjustable solid-state repeat-cycle timer designed to provide automatic ON/OFF control of solenoid valves without requiring a PLC or separate control system.
Mounted directly between a DIN43650A Form A solenoid coil and electrical connector, the timer energises the valve for the selected ON period before switching it OFF for the selected interval. This cycle automatically repeats for as long as electrical power is supplied.
A wide choice of timing ranges is available, from 20 millisecond pulse control through to 12-hour OFF periods, making the SVT22 suitable for automatic condensate drainage, lubrication, dosing, flushing, pneumatic control and general industrial automation.

How the Repeat Cycle Works
When electrical power is applied, the timer immediately energises the connected solenoid valve for the selected ON period.
ON → Valve energised for T1
OFF → Valve de-energised for T2
REPEAT → T1/T2 cycle continues
The cycle repeats continuously until the electrical supply is removed.
Both ON and OFF periods are independently adjusted using the rotary controls on the front of the timer.
The TEST button allows manual activation during installation, commissioning and maintenance.
