Pressure Reducing

Pressure Relief

Safety pressure relief / pressure limiting valve (PLV), stays closed until pressure reaches set pressure - then quickly opens, releasing any excess pressure.

Pressure Sustaining

Pressure sustaining / back pressure valve, maintains a minimum preset upstream (Inlet) pressure, valve will close if pressure drops to set pressure and reopens when inlet pressure increases again.

Quick Exhaust

Will instantly open outlet to exhaust when the inlet pressure drops to greatly increase cylinder reaction speed.

Safety Shut Off

Safety shut off isolation valve, shuts off and secures air line systems, will vent downstream air when closed.

Shuttle Valve

Incorporates a check ball valve to allow pressure in a line to be obtained from two sources.

Soft Start

Electric open and close control for airline systems, power off downstream air is vented to atmosphere - power on opens slowly to prevent sudden pressure surges.

Solenoid Valve

Valves controlled by electrical signal via a solenoid or electro magnet.

2/2 Normally Open

2 ports (inlet/outlet) with 2 positions (Open/Closed) - valve stays open (Failsafe) requires power to close

3/2 Normally Closed

3 ports with 2 positions. Power off inlet closed, outlet open to exhaust - power on inlet open to outlet with exhaust closed.

3/2 Normally Open

3 ports 2 positions. Inlet open to outlet with exhaust closed - power on inlet closed with outlet open to exhaust.

5/2 Single Acting

5 ports 2 positions (1 inlet, 2 outlets, 2 exhaust ports). Power to coil Cylinder fully extends - Power off cylinder fully retracts (or visa versa)

5/2 Double Acting

Power to left coil Cylinder fully extends, power to right coil cylinder fully retracts, power off cylinder stays put fully extended or retracted.

5/3 Way

Power to left coil cylinder extends, power to right coil cylinder retracts, power off cylinder stays put even in a mid position.

NBR (Nitrile Buna Rubber) known as Nitrile Butadine, Buna-N, Hycar, Chemigum, Butakon, Breaon, Butacril, Paracil, Nipol, Perbunan, Krynac or Europrene-N. Good for Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Petroleum, Fuels, Mineral Oil, Vegetable and Hydraulic Oil, Alcohol and many Acids. -35°C to +100°C. Poor for Ozone, Acetone, Methyl ethyl Ketone, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Ethers and Esters.

PTFE (Teflon)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) also known as Teflon® Dupont registered. Excellent resistance to almost every fluid or gas. -200°C to +230°C
